Yuri Arajs and Maureen Flanagan, founders of the new Victoria Fine Arts Festival, speak about their inaugural event: Homeless Awareness: An Exhibition of Artwork by People who have Experienced Homelessness. The show focuses on 10 local artists, who will keep 100% of the proceeds from sales of their work.
