Buteyko Educator Chris Bauman talks about Buteyko breathing methods and the importance of breathing through your nose. Little Spirits Garden, a new place where parents and families can grieve the loss of a baby, is discussed by Lindsay McCray. For the second half of the show, two young women tell their story of discrimination and homophobia at a Victoria nightclub. Then Meris and Lindsay discuss the Homospun Collective, which puts on inclusive, safer and fun events for queer communities, their friends and their allies.
